1. General Provisions
These general sales conditions (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, “Products” or “Product”) purchased through the website www.eolieshop.it (hereinafter, ” Site “).
The use of the distance selling service described in these General Terms and Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, “Customers” or “Customer”), understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their business, business or professional career eventually performed.
The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.
The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions which have been made available on the Site, in order to allow the storage and reproduction by the Customer pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70.
The contracts concluded with Sicily on Line s.r.l.s. (as defined below) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”) and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, “E-commerce Decree”).

3. Product information
The information relating to the Products that can be remotely sold through the Site and are available, with the relevant product codes, on the Site. The aforementioned information is provided in accordance with articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.
4. Price
Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties. All prices are in Euro. The shipping costs are charged to the customer, except for any promotions and can be consulted at this on the shipping costs page.
5. Order of Products
The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer for each Product.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send to SOL the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer must put the Product in the appropriate “shopping cart” and, after having read the Conditions Generali, with particular reference to the contribution for delivery costs and the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, and to the Privacy Policy, must select the desired payment method and choose the “Insert order” option.
Before submitting the purchase order, the Customer will have the opportunity to correct any data entry errors by following the appropriate modification procedure contained in the Site. In particular, the Customer has the right to change the quantity of Products he intends to purchase, adding or eliminating one or more Products from the “cart”.
By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the indications provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions.
The customer will have the opportunity to view and follow the status of his order through the “Orders” area of his account.
SOL reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. SOL will inform the Customer of the impossibility to accept orders received within 30 days starting from the day after the one in which the Customer has sent the order to SOL and will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer for payment of the supply.
6. Payment methods
The Customer can pay for the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by PayPal or by Bank Transfer.

The transaction will be charged to the Customer’s credit card only after:
a) the credit card details have been verified,
b) the debit authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer;

SOL also accepts payments made by bank transfer. Any bank charges will be charged to the Customer.
In the event that, for any reason, the debit of the amounts due from the Customer proves impossible, the sales process is automatically canceled and the sale automatically canceled.
7. Confirmation of receipt of the order
