Description

Organic Lipari Malvasia Passito D.O.C, it is produced by the d’Amico farm in the Salina Island. It is a sweet wine made of Malvasia grapes in purity or with the addition of a maximum of 5% of black Corinth grapes. The grapes are allowed to mature on the plant and only after the harvesting is exposed to the sun to lose the remaining water. The wine color is yellow with amber reflections, apricot scent, dates, honey and dried fruit, the taste is sweet but not oversweet, with an apricot and bitter almond aftertaste. Excellent dessert wine, you can taste that wine with the typical sesame biscuits or sweets and small pastries.
