The Nacatole with pistachio Subba are an Eolian shortbread pastries flavored with Malvasia wine and stuffed with a fragrant pistachio, almond, sugar, cinnamon and citrus fruit filling. Meticulously inlaid, these small masterpieces of craftsmanship and patience were the Christmas sweets par excellence of the Aeolian Islands. Tourists do not despair though: today the Nacatuli are hosted all year round in our Shop!
